you organise the (free or paid) workout

you have a trauma that people disrespected you when you were not fit
days since someone made a joke about your body/weight
days since your love/crush rejected you and hooked up with someone hotter
you live in a van and need a shower at the gym afterwards anyway
you’re used to workouts & something feels off if you don’t get endorphins-high every few days
